Do you feel like you're running out the door every morning, skipping breakfast, and starving the rest of the morning? Yeah same. No worries! We are back in the kitchen with Aubrey Niccoli, teaching us how to make delicious Yogurt Parfaits. These are great to pre-make the night before, or as a healthy snack for any time of the day. Yogurt Parfait To Go Ingredients 1 cup Fagé Greek yogurt 4 strawberries, small dice 8 raspberries ¼ cup protein crumble or granola 1-2 tsp. honey Chia Seeds
Directions In disposable cups or glass jars start with the yogurt layer: Yogurt, topped with strawberries, raspberries, granola, honey and chia seeds.
Chill and take with you on the go.
