Due to our growing success, we are looking to recruit a wholesale assistant to join our team & that just might be you!


The Wholesale Assistant will aid the Wholesale Director in every facet of the wholesale spectrum, from servicing national accounts, to supporting continuous sales growth. The assistant will also help the Wholesale Director with KJ’s newest Amazon project, & must be willing to do any task necessary for it.


  • Assisting in the research, development & maintenance of new & existing accounts
  • Compiling reports to track data such as: quarterly sales, best-sellers, inventory amounts, etc.
  • Monitoring inventory to ensure accounts are receiving top quality product in every order
  • Help in the set-up, launch & maintenance of Amazon backend & inventory
  • Facilitate in the goal setting & growth planning for the wholesale team
  • Ready to efficiently accomplish any task given


  • Pro-active approach with a willingness to provide help with anything the Director needs
  • Team player who aims to build strong relationships & connections with all counterparts
  • Easy to work with & respects authoritative figures
  • Excellent communication skills across all mediums
  • Must possess logical thinking & creativity
  • Proficient in both Excel & Google Drive; Familiar with graphic design elements or platforms is a bonus
  • Good understanding of the wholesale/retail market
  • Experience in E-commerce
  • Background in Amazon selling/backend a plus

Nothing I love more than throwing myself into the creative side of things and getting lost in the world of Kortni Jeane, but as KJ grows my team needs to as well. And as much as I love focusing on the things this job entails there are many other responsibilities that need my attention and there just isn’t enough time in the day (unfortunately) to do it all. THUS I need help. I am seeking a superstar brand coordinator to join our dream team in Provo, UT. Must have related experience, can be directive and take initiative. Most importantly looking for someone who understands the brand image and knows how to stick to it.


  • Must have strong writing skills
  • Create cohesive content for social media channels that is visually appealing
  • Assist in executing photoshoots and events that portray the KJ image
  • Plan and run campaigns
  • Create blog content: pictures, video, verbiage
  • Setup collaborations and create strong relationships with our influencers
  • Run and manage our #KJGIRL affiliate program
  • Keep website content up-to-date


  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field
  • STRONG writing skills a must
  • Photography a plus
  • Graphic Design skills
  • Extremely organized and can meet deadlines in an efficient manner
  • Copywrite
  • SEO Knoweldge
  • Knows the KJ customer
  • Strong brand understanding
  • Must be a team player!
