We can't help but want to make this spinach soup for every. single. meal. because it is delicious, healthy + unbelievably simple! Everyday Spinach Soup
Adapted from Anthony William


Ingredients:
3 vine ripened tomatoes
1 bunch leafy spinach
1 stalk of celery
1 small clove of garlic
1 orange, squeezed
2 basil leaves
1/2 avocado
Sea salt and black pepper to taste


Directions:
In a high-speed blender blend the tomatoes, celery, garlic and orange juice.
Then add the spinach a handful at a time until well blended. Lastly add the 1/2 avocado and herbs
and blend until creamy and smooth. Season with sea salt and pepper. This soup is best eaten soon
after it has been prepared.
