This week Aubrey is back in the kitchen and showing us how to make a detoxifying smoothie! This smoothie is not only super yummy, but has lots of amazing ingredients that are so good for your body! Watch the video below, or follow along in the pictures to remake the smoothie yourself!
Toxin Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 cups wild blueberries
1 small bunch cilantro
1 cup orange juice
2 tsp. barley grass juice powder
2 tsp. Hawaiian spirulina
2 Tbsp. Atlantic dulse
Optional: water to blend
Directions:
In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
If a thinner consistency is desired, add up to 1 cup of water.
