Not only do they not have any calories, (YES PLEASE) these are a great healthy alternative for a yummy treat on a hot day next to the pool. Follow

Lemon Cucumber Spa Pop
4 lemons, juiced
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
½ bunch mint
2 cups simple syrup
Note: Popsicle mold
In a small saucepan add 4 cups of water and ¾ cup sugar. Simmer on medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and place in a jar in the refrigerator overnight to chill. Next, prepare the flavorings. Zest 1 lemon and then juice all 4. Add to simple syrup and set aside. Thinly slice the cucumber and pick off mint leaves and set aside. To assemble, place 2-3 leaves in a Popsicle mold, next add 3-4 slices of cucumber. Lastly top with lemon simple syrup and freeze overnight.
