Get Your Greens Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup water
2 cups spinach
1 orange, peeled
½ lemon, juiced
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp. chia seed
Directions
In a blender, first add water. Next add an orange, lemon juice, protein powder
and top with spinach, at least 2 cups but cram as much as you would like! Top it off with about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. After it's blended add some chia seeds, stir, serve chilled and enjoy!
