Get Your Greens Smoothie // In The Kitchen With Aubrey Niccoli

Here at Kortni Jeane, we believe that in order to feel good on the outside (hello, swimsuit season), you have to feel good on the inside. Unfortunately, the extent of our cooking knowledge ends at the microwave, which is why we are working with Aubrey Niccoli to help us cook clean and eat clean! Leave it to her to make cooking easy AND delicious. 

Aubrey, a private chef and UVU Culinary Arts Institute graduate based in Utah, is a professional when it comes to fitness + clean eating. We will feature Aubrey on our blog every other week to teach YOU how to make simple recipes from home. 

Get Your Greens Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup water
2 cups spinach
1 orange, peeled
½ lemon, juiced
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp. chia seed

Directions
In a blender, first add water. Next add an orange, lemon juice, protein powder
and top with spinach, at least 2 cups but cram as much as you would like! Top it off with about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. After it's blended add some chia seeds, stir, serve chilled and enjoy!
