I’ve noticed that if I workout once a day, I’m such a better version of myself, I’m happier and so much more productive! I love that it’s a little bit of “me time" in the morning and I think that even helps me to be a better mom to my kids.
After I workout, I always drive myself to the gas station to grab a big ol’ soda. Double win! It’s the little things that count so treat yourself!
If I’m having a bad day, I sit down and write five things I am grateful for. You would be surprised at how much that helps! You stop focusing on what is negatively affecting you and it makes you focus on the positives in your life. Try it!
not figure out what in the world was going on! I was embarrassed and confused because I felt ready and felt like I knew everything, but I still could not pass!
pregnant with my first baby and I knew if I didn’t pass this time, I couldn’t take the test until after I delivered and I knew it would be even more difficult to study then. I stayed up all night again and at 5am I saw “PASS”! I cannot even begin to explain how happy I was! What I learned from this was not to give up and not to get too down on myself because where does that get you? Absolutely no where. Stick to whatever it is you are working on and accomplish your goal! If I can do it after that much time, you can too!
