Domestic - All orders are shipped through USPS. We currently do not have an express or overnight shipping option. Domestic orders typically deliver within 3-8 business days, this does not include processing time.
Orders placed during sales + new releases take a few additional days for shipping + processing.
We appreciate your patience as we ship orders as quickly as we can.
International - International Orders typically deliver within 10-14 business days but is not guaranteed. Some countries may take longer. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to customs.
Your order may be subject to duties and/or taxes, any fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We do not have any control over these fees and cannot change the declared value of an order.
Third party shipping insurance through "Route" is available for a minimal fee at checkout.
As we try to keep our swimmers as unique as possible we do not restock our swimmers. Once a suit is sold out it is gone for good. We typically release a new collection every 8-10 weeks.
We are unable to guarantee that any specific colors/patterns besides black will be restocked as we introduce new colors/patterns with each release! Most styles typically stay the same but we do sometimes revise, discontinue, or introduce new styles with a release.
We recommend our customers order the size they usually wear as we are finding all styles to fit true to size. You can also take your measurements and refer to our sizing chart as a guideline only. Except when purchasing during a sale, to avoid multiple returns or a desired item selling out, many of our customers order multiple sizes at once. Then you can return your unwanted items in a single package with ALL order numbers enclosed.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES:
For eligible orders, you have 14 days from the date you received the item(s) to have your unworn merchandise postmarked and in the mail.
Returns - Returns that arrive after the 14 day policy but received within 30 days of purchase are eligible for store credit only. Returns received 30+ days from the date of order will be returned to the customer
Exchanges - Due to the limited quantities of our swimmers we do not offer exchanges. Purchase new desired items through our website and send unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund.
We do not refund shipping fees or provide return labels. Once your package arrives to us, your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. Once your refund is issued an email will be sent. Funds are instantly released from us, but depending on your form of payment can take up to 10 business days for you to see the funds.
All sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
It is recommended that you keep your tracking information until your refund has been issued. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
Cancelling - Please double + triple check your order before submitting. Once an order has been placed over our website we are unable to guarantee any cancellations, even if an email is sent immediately requesting your order cancelled.
Once a tracking number has been assigned we will no longer be able to cancel your purchase. If we were unable to catch your emailed request any shipping costs to return or repurchase items are the responsibility of the customer.
If the cancellation is successful you will be emailed. Funds are instantly released from us, but can take up to 10 business days for funds to appear back to your original form of payment.
Combine/Change - Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to make any changes to your purchase, or combine multiple orders placed on our website. To avoid excess shipping costs, double check your order before submitting.
If we are able to catch your request before your order has shipped you will have the option of cancelling your order and repurchasing desired items from our website. We are unable to guarantee the availability of an item once it has been cancelled.
We are unable waive shipping costs for additional orders placed if the order cannot be cancelled.
Incorrect/Defective - If your order is incorrect or you received a defective item you must email us within 14 days of receiving your order at email@example.com.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, always confirm that your address is entered correctly. Third party shipping insurance can be purchased at checkout for a minimal fee through Route.
If your package is marked as delivered we recommend talking to your neighbors or local postman because they usually remember if the package was delivered or not, and possibly even know where it could be!

Sales include but are not limited to bogo, flash sales, coupon codes, Pop Up shops and markets. Any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS.
