Whether it takes you a few months or a year, these opportunities and activities are a great way to conquer fears, try new things, and start recognizing all your body can do! It’s so easy to use our body as an excuse to miss out on life’s adventures, so we’re coming at you with 10 bucket list items that you can do to celebrate and love the body you have, right here, right now! 💜 Go a week without wearing makeup + still feel confident without it

💜 Make a fun dancing reel + post it for the world to see!

💜 Draw a body outline + write down the things your body does for you

💜 Be photographed while on holiday (celebrity status)

💜 Go to the gym/fitness class in a sports bra + biker shorts (no covering that beautiful body!)
